RDNS NZ employees can salary package and pay for everyday living expenses (such as mortgage, rent and household items) using pre-tax income. Depending on individual circumstances and the amount an employee chooses to package, take-home pay can be increased.

Purchased Additional Annual Leave
Employees may be eligible to purchase up to 2 weeks additional annual leave for each 12 month period and pay for this through payroll deductions over a nominated timeframe.
Superannuation and Insurances
Unless otherwise notified, RDNS NZ makes superannuation contributions to our default fund, ??HESTA Super Fund??, which also provides employees with a level of income protection, death and Total and Permanent Disablement insurance cover.
