RDNS NZ Home Support: Des’ Story
Des Hayes lives with a rare neurological disorder called familial spastic paraplegia. This affects parts of his body causing muscle stiffness, spasms and weakness.
Despite the challenges Des faces, his positivity and zest for life is something to admire. His RDNS New Zealand support workers are proud to work with people like Des. This is his story.
